Hello my friend, today i will write something about how to playing PSx games on your Android. It's simple because you only need emulator. I have been tested FPse and psx4droid on my Galaxy Tab and here is the comparison:
-FPse : it's has a weakness on sound but for graphic for all game is okay
-psx4droid : it has sound performase that i can say almost real but on certain games sometimes the graphic not as smooth as FPse
But you must have Android version 2.2 or higher to use it

A few tips to improve your gameplay experience:
-in Landscape orientation DPAD and Main 4 buttons are activated, if you want to activate all others, go in menu/input/touchscreen and select others buttons.
-Create a default configuration by setting your desired options and then selecting “Default Config Save” in the System Menu.
-CALL, BACK, VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons can be assigned as PSone buttons but can be used is not assigned.
-Guncon emulation requires the A and B buttons to be mapped to Hardware keys. By default: L3 = A and R3 = B.
-SPUSync is required for proper sound quality in certain games such as MGS and FFVII.
-Frameskip set to 50 will avoid sound stuttering on load end device or with somes games that use much CPU.

And now let's talk about how to play it on your Android Phone/Tablet PC
1- You must download that emulator
if u want the lastest version of them, u can update / search via Android Market
2- Download the BIOS file here
4- Copy the emulator, BIOS file, and PSx ISO file to your Android Phone/Tablet PC
Example copy to SD_card/game/psx
5- Install your emulator if you don't know how to install, you can open "File Manager" then browse SD_card/game/psx and select that FPse/psx4droid file
6- After you installed it, open that emulator and push menu button then select "Setting"
7- Then on menu PSx BIOS file you must browse BIOS file that you have downloaded just now
8- Setting frame,sound etc whatever you want
9- Restart the emulator and then just browse you PSx ISO file from it and enjoy it ^_^
